Evenementen
Op zaterdag 18 Oktober 2025 vindt voor de eerste maal het Europese Kampioenschap Culinaire wild BBQ plaats en voor de Nederlandse deelnemende teams gelijktijdig het Nederlands Kampioenschap Culinair Wild BBQ plaats, in Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe. De organisatie van de wedstrijd ligt in handen van Gastropedia.nl & Stichting Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe, in samenwerking met de WBQA Nederland. Met deze wedstrijd willen we het culinair barbecueën met Hollands wild in de meest ruime zin van het woord bevorderen.
Ieder deelnemend team bereidt vier gerechten. Vier gerechten met wild met groenten van het seizoen.

On Saturday, October 18, 2025, the first-ever European Championship Culinary Wild BBQ will take place, and simultaneously, the Dutch Championship Culinary Wild BBQ for Dutch participating teams will be held at the National Park De Hoge Veluwe. The competition is organized by Gastropedia.nl & Stichting Het Nationale Park De Hoge Veluwe, in collaboration with WBQA Netherlands.
With this competition, we aim to promote culinary barbecuing with Dutch wild game in the broadest sense of the word. Each participating team will prepare four dishes featuring wild game combined with seasonal vegetables.
